We are a very small personal home company located in United Kingdom essex we take all our teamviewer customers very seriously and are 100% dedicated to fixing your pc for free? Whats the catch you say? There is none only the though of this website being used regaluary and some donations being made is enough to keep us going.

And yes there is only 2 of us willing to fix anyone's pc because we dont trust other people having acess to your computer your guarenteed to only get through to eather 1 of the 2 admins everytime

So you dont quite know what remote technical support is? well remote technical support means we can remotely control your pc which means we have acess to your computer abilites to move your mouse etc you explain your problem in the email to us and we fix it to the best of our abilitys for up to an hour or if you donated just put proof of donation in the email to us and we will fix your problem until its gone! Back to what is remote technical support we use a program called teamviewer a trusted application made by a different company for acess to friends/familys pc's but we use it to fix your pc for free.

Concerns if your concerned about letting us control your pc you can always try out our forums and post your problems on there we have dedicated admins looking over the forums to help you with any problem you have,Also remember when using remote technical support if you feel your not so sure remember you can always terminate our connection to your computer with a click of a button.
